I found a place that'll actually give me $35 per tire.  I had to negotiate with them for a bit, they said that they were being generous at $10.  I told them that these tires would cost over 200 a piece on tirerack.com so they bumped it up a bit.  I'm going with 31" tires, they'll look funny but if it helps my mileage I'm willing to put up with it.  All in all it's only gonna cost me around $200 to get the new tires.  Not bad.

Good deal.  What tires are you trading in?

BFGs, they still have a good amount of tread on them too.

Some General Grabbers http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=General&tireModel=Grabber+AT+2&partnum=67SR7GRAT2OWL&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes&place=13

I've never heard of them but the tread looks tough like the current BFGs and they got great reviews.  I don't really need that aggressive of a tread but I like the looks and it does snow here once or twice a winter.  I'd rather have tires that will get me through something than tires that dont.

I've never heard of them.  I'd be interested to see your results.  If they work similar to the BFGs then I could save almost 100$ per tire.

I've seen them on a couple rams.  They stand out because of the name, and not in a good way.  I hope they work for you, let us know.

Not just yet.  They had to order the tires since not many people buy them.  They should come in this upcoming weekend though.
