So for a darth vader version would it have black paint and black rims?  How much of a change is this really?

Darth vader version would have to be a blacked out durango, you need a fat vehicle for the helmet.

I think the vader version would have to be tinted all the way around too, and maybe vinyl on the inside to match his costume.  The storm trooper has leather inside everywhere.

That's pretty sharp looking.  Though it's not really a true concept car, it's just a modified avenger.

A concept doesn't have to be a new vehicle, just one that has been modified to follow a specific concept.  There's a mustang that's been modded to look like crap at SEMA this year but it still counts as a concept vehicle even though the mustang isn't a new car.

That mustang is hideous.  The avenger storm trooper borders on a ricer.  After looking at it some more I don't know what to think of it really.

A concept car should show a new concept, as in a new vehicle.  This is just an avenger with white rims and white interior.  Not really new, I would call it more of a modified car instead of a concept car.

A concept car is just that, a concept.  It doesn't have to be a new vehicle to be a new concept.  The idea of loading up the Avenger with electronics is a new concept (and probably really costly), that's why vehicles like this one get to be called concept vehicles.
