Chrysler put this thing out at the SEMA autoshow:

They say that chrysler isn't going to produce more than a few of these cars so they'll be very expensive.  The body is carbon fiber and it's loaded with the 6.1L Hemi

This is my favorite line:

Figure this car is worth more than its weight in unobtanium and you'd think that a few extra bucks for some Alcantara and Recaros wouldn't do much damage to the bottom line.

You'd think they'll spring for a bit nicer interior on a concept car.

That's a thing of beauty.  Wish they'd mass produce that alongside the challenger, they could share interior mostly and just have different body panels like many other vehicles do.

You never know, if the challenger sells well they might want to add a 'luxery' version in the chrysler line as the cuda.  It could be a convertible too, now that'd be sweetness Cool

The 'cuda was all about power in style.  The cuts of 3 chrylser cars makes me think that they're making room for something, this may be it.

I really really hope the something that Chrysler is going to produce will be a car that gets more than 30 mpg.  If the cuda will do that then more power to them.  But this company needs to make something that gets around 40 mpg so that when gas prices go up in the next few years they'll have something that can compete.

They need to produce something that will sell Grin Right now thats high mpg cars.  The avenger, caliber, patriot, and compass all right now get 30 mpg.  They do need at least one more vehicle that'll get closer to 40 mpg, but most car companies don't have a vehicle that'll do more than that.  And if they put a diesel in any of the cars it'll get closer to 50 mpg, but who knows if they'll do that.
