I'd say it's still at impractical, because I think just beyond impractical is impossible and he's certainly ridin that bike.

Ive seen a few set up like that and a few set up the exact opposite of that.  Both looked funny as hell.

To each his own I guess, I've seen a few trucks lifted in the front and lowered in the back as well.  They look retarded.  The guy on the bike with his high handle bars looks like a regular joe compared to them.
