One of the cheaper and easier mods you can do. I've been meaning to get this done for a while now. They go in with a bit of a fuss but it's not too hard to get em in place. Only real problem I had was turning the head right off one of the screws and then breaking the drillbit off trying to drill it out

Those look pretty nice, they really clean up the truck.

Not too bad. I had to use a screwdriver to kind of push the last part past the wheel well and scratched the paint a bit. I just touched up those areas though. Other than that like I said I turned the head off of one of the screws and then broke the drillbit trying to drill it out. Overall if I didn't have that broken screw it would've taken me about 40 minutes total.

Turned the head right off the screw huh? I hate when that happens. Those really clean up the truck, I'm surprised they don't come standard. There's already a small piece of plastic there, why not put the whole damn liner in already??? How much did they cost anyways?

the liners cost me about $85 shipped from a dealer on ebay. maybe it was 75, the price is pretty much standard everywhere. Some people charge less for shipping but then the item costs more. It was 80 or 90 from the dealership so the price is pretty much solid everywhere you look.

That's not too bad, I'll have to look into that. What kinds of tools did you need to get them installed?

That was one of the first things I did when I got my truck. It's cheap and easy to do and it really cleans up the look of the truck. It might've helped mpgs a bit too, but it would be too small to notice.

Inquiring minds want to know.

I broke the screw off because I was ratcheting it and I turned one too many times. That happens sometimes when the thread of the screw is stronger than the body. The touch up was just with a tube of paint that I bought for about 10$.

Is the touch up paint color coded to match or did you just find some grey paint?

That looks pretty good and it's cheap cheap cheap. Does it help with the aerodynamics of the truck too?

I assume it does since air can no longer get into the wheel well and travel underneath the truck.
