How the hemi are you?

Pretty funny, the guy moves his car on dollies into his garage after some parking nazis boot his car.  He calls them up and tells them that they can have the boots back, but since he doesn't need to drive that car (he has 2) he won't pay them.  Then things start to get weird and all sorts of shenanigans start.

That's hilarious.  Good to know that you can move yer car and just tell them they can take their boots back if they want them.

That guys grammar is terrible, it was pretty hard to follow that entire post.  It sounds like he stuck it to the damn parking nazi's though so good for him.  If I had a way to do that I would do the same thing.

Nice, I think the police would still try to nail him for theft somehow, at least in my area they would.

I just got done reading that whole thing.  That company should be sued into the ground, or something similar.  If I was at a persons house doing a job for them and my truck got booted because one of my tires was on the line you better believe that the boot would be coming off with an angle grinder before I paid them $140 to get it off.

The company was booting cars for having their tires on the line???  That's ridiculous.  I'd be calling the better business bureau and complaining to start.  I'd also not be paying any of those fines, booting cars is just wrong imo.  What if one of those families had an emergency and the car was booted and they couldn't go anywhere?

I wouldn't put up with anyone putting a boot on my truck ever.  If you want to fine me for something give me a ticket, but don't ever take away my ability to use my vehicle.

I agree.  People can lose their jobs because of that jerk off company putting boots on the cars, or what if someone had an emergency and had to go somewhere or see their dad or child in the hospital after an accident.  Ticket people if you want, but booting their cars is crazy.

pretty sure I'd throw my truck into 4x4 and put a strap on the boot and just hit the gas until the boot came off.  I have no patience for those things.  Parking laws are already over enforced, and this kind of stuff makes me wanna go postal.

They usually take a pic of your license plate when you get booted so that if the boot gets damaged they can write up a fine to whoever the car is registered to.  I don't like it either but they'll nail you with a 1600$ replacement fee for that boot.

1600$ to get a boot off your vehicle that you don't think should be there in the first place.  That's terrible.  If I had a family emergency and couldn't get these guys out fast enough I'd have no other choice but to take the boot off with a hammer or something.

LoL, that might get their attention.  I just hope it wouldn't rip your wheel off in the process.
