A ctd would barely notice that drag. CTDs just take extra weight and smile and keep on trucking. That's why diesels are better for towing, they might not get up to speed as fast but once they get going they keep going and don't mind a little extra weight. |

I thought that mpg when towing dropped even for ctds. They start out with better mpg to begin with, but it drops almost as much as a gas engine does when it's under load. |
